George Albu has been an integral part of the FC Transylvania coaching staff since 2016, helping develop players across multiple age groups while serving as an assistant coach for the club’s Premier and NPL programs. His unique perspective as both a former FC Transylvania player and current coach allows him to understand the complete player development journey from youth soccer to higher levels of competition.

Having grown through the FC Transylvania system himself, George brings firsthand experience, energy, and a modern approach to coaching. His focus is on technical development, game intelligence, confidence-building, and creating a positive environment where players can maximize their potential.

In addition to coaching, George is a licensed USSF Professional Soccer Agent, actively working with players and professional clubs across the United States and Europe. His experience within the professional soccer landscape provides valuable insight for players and families pursuing higher levels of competition.

George currently serves as Head Coach for FC Transylvania’s Boys 2013 White, Boys 2015, and Girls 2013 Red teams, while continuing to support the club’s Premier and NPL programs.
