Constantin Albu

With a distinguished playing career in Europe and decades of experience in coaching, education, and youth development, Constantin Albu has dedicated his life to helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.

His professional journey began in Romania, where he competed at a high level before continuing his playing career in Germany. Combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and extensive coaching education, Constantin brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship to every player he works with.

As the founder of FC Transylvania, he has built one of the most respected youth soccer organizations in the region, creating a development pathway focused on technical excellence, character building, discipline, and a lifelong passion for the game. Under his leadership, thousands of players have benefited from a professional training environment designed to help them grow as athletes and individuals.

For nearly three decades, Constantin has remained committed to developing the next generation of soccer players while promoting the values of teamwork, respect, dedication, and sportsmanship.
