Head Coach • Youth Development Coach

Andreea Albu has been a dedicated member of the FC Transylvania coaching staff since 2020, bringing passion, energy, and firsthand experience from her own successful journey through the club’s player development pathway. As a former FC Transylvania player and championship-winning athlete, she understands the importance of creating an environment where young players can grow both on and off the field.

Her coaching philosophy focuses on developing strong technical foundations, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game. Through positive mentorship and player-centered coaching, Andreea helps young athletes build the skills and character needed to succeed at every stage of their soccer journey.

Having competed at the youth, high school, and semi-professional levels, she brings valuable experience and perspective to her coaching role, inspiring players through her commitment, leadership, and passion for the sport.

Andreea currently serves as Head Coach for FC Transylvania’s Girls 2012, Girls 2013 White, and Boys 2015 teams.
